Dave Klett is a native of Pittsburgh who began his experience in business and the law at an early age with his family's real estate management company, as the son of a distinguished trial lawyer.  He possesses a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Miami University and a Juris Doctor Degree from the Dickinson School of Law.  He served invaluable preceptorships in the general practice of law with Smith & LeCates in York, Pennsylvania, and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania as a clerk for Mr. Chief Justice Ralph J. Cappy.

Mr. Klett's education and trial practice over the past thirty years have afforded him broad exposure to the law and business, and extremely diverse clients and complex fact patterns.  He has had success in extensive family and business law matters, countless automobile accident and real estate cases, and actions seeking recoveries for those injured by defective products, medical malpractice, and the wrongful conduct of insurance companies, banks, stock brokers, and others.  In this increasingly complex and specialized world he has worked to preserve his ties to the general practice of law, upon a belief that such is necessary for cost-effective success in the family and business environment.

Mr. Klett devotes a substantial amount of his time to family law, divorce, custody and support issues, pursuant to a moral goal of helping families get through such troubling times without excessive cost, delay and destruction.  He serves as general counsel to several small to medium sized local and national businesses, and in such capacity handles or refers all aspects of business management and litigation.  The remainder of his trial practice is devoted to generally seeking recoveries for individuals who have suffered personal and financial injuries and losses by virtue of the wrongful conduct of others.  

The prime directive of this practice is ensuring excellent cost-effective representation and personal service.  Mr. Klett is extremely accessible to his clients, and timely communication is of paramount concern.  He is a zealous advocate who handles legal matters with an effective balance of aggressiveness, compassion and knowledge of the law and procedure.  His greatest rewards come from championing the cause of the disadvantaged, and building long term relationships of trust with clients in order to serve them in many areas of the law, answer even the simplest question on a moments notice, and make appropriate referrals to other professionals.
